Newfronts 2025

For Yahoo’s 2025 IAB NewFronts presentation, we were brought on to script, design, and animate the event-opening sizzle reel, three interstitials, and an animated 3D icon toolkit. Our creative challenge was clear: craft a cohesive visual experience that would not only stand out amid a jam-packed week of announcements and product launches but also leave a lasting emotional impression.

The NewFronts, held across New York City from May 5 to 8, serve as a high-profile platform where major media companies unveil their latest content strategies. Yahoo’s slate included new talent partnerships and premium content initiatives that needed to feel bold, exciting, and culturally relevant. Our job was to bring those stories to life, not just to make them look great but to make them feel great. We focused on storytelling that connected emotionally, ensuring Yahoo’s message stuck with its audience.

Accessibility First

Accessibility is a core part of how we design at BIEN — not a checkbox at the end, but an essential step from the start. We ran every asset through our accessibility lens. Color combinations, contrast levels, type sizing, flashing, and text animation speed were all carefully considered to meet ADA standards. By integrating accessibility into our creative process, we created a suite of visually rich, emotionally resonant assets that helped Yahoo cut through the noise, stand tall among competitors, and deliver an experience that was both inclusive and unforgettable.
