Intuit - Credit Karma Sizzle
TurboTax and Credit Karma were already connected under Intuit’s Consumer Platform umbrella. But for customers moving between the two products, the experience often felt visually disconnected. Different design systems created friction in cross-platform journeys, making transitions feel less seamless and, ultimately, less trustworthy.
To help solve that challenge, Intuit developed a new unified Consumer Platform design language and partnered with BIEN to bring it to life through motion.
This high-energy sizzle reel introduced the new system through a blend of customer storytelling and brand expression. Guided by the idea of “one design language,” the piece visualized a connected financial journey, moving from insight to action to outcome, while showcasing the foundational elements of the new platform, including typography, color, iconography, and UI.
We crafted a motion-driven narrative that flowed fluidly between TurboTax and Credit Karma. Through pacing, transitions, UI systems choreography, and intentional composition, the sizzle transformed a complex systems initiative into something clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant.
Designed primarily for an internal audience, the piece helped teams experience the future of the Consumer Platform before it fully arrived. More than a showcase of a new design language, the project demonstrated how motion can turn abstract platform thinking into a story people can immediately understand, feel, and rally behind.
